Danny is a breathworker, conscious dance DJ, dance facilitator and connection creator. Co-Founder of Inner Light Revival Breathwork, Boulder Ecstatic Dance (BED) & formerly Dance Meets Tantra (DMT). He devotes himself to creating safe, inspiring experiences that invite more authentic expressions of ourselves. He is inspired to show up with his greatest gifts by offering radical presence, safety, and a meeting in the depths of authentic emotion. He is committed to building and deepening community in Boulder, CO.

Dance Lab, Breathwork jourrney, or Authentic Intimacy

Dance Lab W/ Danny Balgooyen of Boulder Ecstatic Dance: 45-60min offering. Dance Lab is a fun and unique opportunity to be guided into playful and attuned ways to create safer and more connected experiences to any dance space. From starting, ending and turning down dances, playful ways to be in connection, activating aliveness onto any dance floor, this is how every dance/concert should start.

Breathwork journey: 90 – 120 mins – (90 if only journey, 120 if we add some authentic relating to the beginning) Circular/Connected Breathing is a tool we can utilize to transform ourselves on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This process activates the pineal gland, which helps us journey into expanded states of consciousness that connect us with our higher selves, resulting in profound experiences of clarity. The breath expresses with an active inhale and relaxing/surrendering exhale. There is a total of 50mins of active breathing and we will be laying down in a restorative position throughout. No experience needed.

Authentic Intimacy: 30-60 mins (The longer the time the deeper it can go, can be any length really) A safe and intentional guided experience into accessing the unfolding truth between you and another. This can look like diadac authentic relating, attuned and deeply present movement connection or an intimate PUJ exploring facilitated consent and boundaries practices.

13+ for the first two and 18+ for the last one. All experience levels welcome

AMAZING!! This is all I need!

I am open to leading 1 or 2 workshops. All three of the offerings are exciting and interesting to me. I could also do a dance lab into an ecstatic dance. I could DJ or have someone else DJ. The dance lab can work before any dance experience, but not completely necessary. If I DJed as well., I would only want to do the one offering. Is it possible to camp here too? My partner hannah and I will have a 4runner and larger kodiak tent.
