Heart Awareness Ceremony: A Taste of Tantra

60 minutes

Short Description: A Ceremony in which Awareness centered in the Heart is the medicine. Connect deeply with Self, others & world. This will include partnered exercises to play with energy, sound & movement and tools for energetic protection & Integration.
This Ceremony offers practices from Somatic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Buddhist & Tantric traditions integrated into a holistic experience.
This is an invitation to come into ceremonial space, align with universal compassion & wisdom & learn ways to connect more deeply with one's own vital life force energy (eros) and play. This will include playing with breath, movement, dance & ritual. I will offer some practices to deeply root & ground, to cultivate strong energetic boundaries & protection & to cultivate, integrate and play with one's own sensual life energy. This workshop will offer some fundamental principles from the Buddhist Tantric traditions to orient us to what is ultimately meaningful & super charge our experiences and connections.

Open to every one who wants to drop in deeper with themselves and find new connections with others. No prior experience or skills necessary. It is helpful to have a good balance of male and female attendees and usually this happens naturally or skews to more women joining.

AMAZING!! This is all I need!

I would love to offer a workshop at your space. I am passionate about cultivating healing spaces that lead to greater connection and inspiration.
Past attendees of this workshop have described it as a highlight of their festival experience and that it helped them ground, connect with themselves and others and to over come difficult emotions and feelings of being disconnected.
I am just getting back form Envision where I offered this workshop to a bunch of sweaty people finding themselves in the jungle.
I am also a fully licensed psychotherapist and so ensure that all of my offerings cover consent and empower people with tools that they can use, potentially for the rest of their lives.
