I have volunteered at community health events and local festivals, providing medical care as needed, explained health issues, handed out water/refreshments, guided festival-goers to where they needed to be/gave directions.
I have been a nurse for 13 years (currently a nurse manager), and worked as a bartender/server over 10 years prior to that. I am energetic, warm, friendly soul who wants to make sure everyone I encounter feels safe and happy. As a seasoned fest attendee, I have an eye for situations where I may be needed to assist others (whether they are lost, lonely, having a bad trip.. anything I can do to help them get back to their "happy place."

My favorite memories from music festivals come from the human interactions. Ive had so many life changing experiences with complete strangers to count and I want to do my part to be a part of others lifelong memories, in what ever ways I am needed.
I thought I was going to miss this once in a lifetime event- then was presented with the potential to volunteer last weekend. I turned 40 last year so to be able to experience this with so many amazing humans would be life changing. Meeting like minded individuals gives me inspiration to create my own pieces of art. I want to learn how to further contribute to this community along the way of my own creative journey.
