Yes! I volunteered at Magic Minds, a small festival held in San Bernardino, CA. I ran check-in & parking and helped with set-up, stage design, and breakdown.
I have experience working in hospitality at Burning Man 2022. I was a hostess at La Grange, a party camp with members from all over the world. I drove with their Dino art car to greet guests at the airport and helped to host a few of their parties and outings. I also communicate well with others: I learning quickly when I am being taught something and can effectively get ideas across to others.
I would be very happy to help taking tickets and greeting festival goers as they arrive. The thought of being one of the first faces people see as they enter the Texas Eclipse Festival brings a BIG smile to my face!
It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get to share my love and energy with a momentous gathering like the Texas Eclipse Festival! Knowing that this eclipse is the 2nd of three eclipses happening within such a short period of time, it makes me all the more excited to commemorate the beautiful cosmic occasion by being a part of a gathering of so many beautiful, open-hearted individuals. It is such a joy for me to take part as a volunteer at the festivals I attend because it makes the experience all the more meaningful when I have put a piece of my heart into the experience we are all sharing. I truly hope I get to lend my helping hands to this extraordinary event!
I love artists like Kai Straw who produce an indie/alternative sound with an electronic twist and meaningful lyrics. I also love any music that makes me want to dance! Wreckno and GRiZ come to mind right away! I also love bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cage the Elephant and Portugal. the Man. Honorable mentions: Four Tet, Zingara, Rainbow Kitten Surprise
