Terms and Conditions for The Invisible Intersection
Welcome to The Invisible Intersection, an exclusive realm within the Texas Eclipse Festival 2024, designed to offer attendees a unique blend of art, technology, and community through immersive quests and experiences. By participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing “The Invisible Intersection,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the quests or access the exclusive area.
2. Participation Requirements
Participants must:
- Be a ticket holder for the Texas Eclipse Festival 2024.
- Complete specific immersive quests to gain access to “The Invisible Intersection.”
- Respect the community ethos of positive impact, sustainability, and inclusivity.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by quest facilitators and event staff.
3. Quests and Access
- Access to “The Invisible Intersection” is earned through the completion of designated quests.
- Quests may involve physical activity, interaction with digital platforms, and engagement with festival installations.
- All quests are designed to be inclusive and accessible to participants of varying abilities and interests.
4. Rewards and Prizes
- Rewards, including commemorative NFTs and special privileges, are granted upon successful completion of quests.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content and artworks, including NFTs, provided within “The Invisible Intersection” are copyrighted material owned by the festival organizers or their partners.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any festival content without express written permission.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during the quests will be used in accordance with the festival’s privacy policy.
- Participants agree to the collection and use of their data for the purpose of quest tracking and reward distribution.
7. Conduct and Behavior
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the quests and potential removal from the festival.
8. Liability Waiver
- Participants engage in quests and activities at their own risk. The festival organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred during participation.
- By agreeing to these terms, participants waive any claims against the festival organizers, sponsors, and affiliates related to participation in “The Invisible Intersection.”
9. Changes and Cancellations
- The festival organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or postpone quests and activities due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
- In the event of significant changes, efforts will be made to inform participants promptly.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration, according to the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Photo Release
By participating in “The Invisible Intersection” and the Texas Eclipse Festival 2024, you grant “What A Life Production,” the festival organizers, and their authorized media partners the right to capture photographic and video footage of your participation in the festival. This includes, but is not limited to, any activities, performances, and quests within “The Invisible Intersection” and the presence of the Xuza Art Car.
You hereby consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in any festival promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts, and other publications without any compensation or credit to you. This consent extends to all formats and platforms, both digital and physical, currently known or hereafter developed.
13. Release of Liability
You agree to release and hold harmless “The Invisible Intersection,” “What A Life Production,” “Texas Eclipse Festival,” “Xuza Art Car,” their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and volunteers from any claims, demands, damages, injuries, liabilities, or losses that arise directly or indirectly from your participation in the festival and its activities.
This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, death, and property loss or damage that may occur as a result of engaging in quests, attending performances, or participating in any festival-related activities. It also covers any risks associated with the environment, including the terrain and crowd-related incidents.
Your participation in “The Invisible Intersection” and related festival activities is a testament to your voluntary agreement to assume all risks associated with these events. You understand that this release discharges “The Invisible Intersection,” “What A Life Production,” “Texas Eclipse Festival,” and “Xuza Art Car” from any liability or claim that you, your heirs, or any personal representatives may have against them with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from these entities.
Acknowledgment and Consent: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your understanding and consent to the Photo Release and Release of Liability sections as detailed above. Your participation in the festival signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms, including the release of all claims against “The Invisible Intersection,” “What A Life Production,” “Texas Eclipse Festival,” and “Xuza Art Car.”
